Celisca will once again be represented at the International Conference on Robotics, Computer Vision, and Intelligent Systems (Robovis2025). We will present recent developments in the field of dissolution process monitoring for automating crystallization processes.
The paper titled 'Deep Learning-Based Object Recognition for Automated Dissolution Monitoring' has been shortlisted for the ROBOVIS 2025 Best Poster Award, based on high ratings from the reviewers.

Prof. Kerstin Thurow (celisca) has been honored with the 2024 "SLAS Technology Reviewer Excellence Award." This prestigious award, presented by the Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening (SLAS), recognizes reviewers who make significant contributions to maintaining the high quality of scientific publications in the journal SLAS Technology. The award emphasizes the critical role of peer review in ensuring the scientific rigor and integrity of published articles.
As part of the upcoming Colloquium on Accelerated Research in Material Sciences at the INM Saarbrücken, celisca will contribute a talk on recent advancements in the automation of material research processes.
In early January, CELISCA had the honor of welcoming Prof. Babak Beheshti, Dean of the College of Engineering and Computing Sciences at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT). The purpose of his visit was to initiate a collaboration between the two institutions to enhance international exchange in research and education.
