(CSU) From November 11th to 13th, the 2022 Rail Transit International Industry-University-Research Cooperation Conference was held in Changsha. The conference was hosted by the School Planning, Construction and Development Center of the Ministry of Education and jointly organized by the Hunan Provincial Department of Education and Central South University. Guiding Leo (member of the party group of the Hunan Provincial Department of education and member of the Provincial Education Working Committee), Zhihong Li (vice president of Central South University), Kerstin Thurow (academician of celisca, University Rostock, Germany)international director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, the heads of relevant units of Central South University, experts and scholars participated in the conference offline and online.
During the conference, Zhihong Li, on behalf of CSU, completed the signing ceremony of the MoU cooperation project with the celisca research center in Germany, and awarded the title of overseas honorary professor of Central south University to the academician of the German Academy of Engineering, Kerstin Thurow.
The content of the MoU cooperation project includes the joint establishment of a Sino-German Research Center and the exchange and visits of academic backbones.
