Professor Kerstin Thurow appointed as "Honorary Professor" at Central South University China

(CELISCA) Central South University (CSU) is a national university of China located in Changsha, Huan, central south of China. CSU was established in April 2000 through the amalgamation of three universities, and is a Chinese Ministry of Education Class A Double First Class University. 

Currently more than 33,000 undergraduate and 12,000 graduate students are enrolled at CSU.

 

The Honorary Professor is the most important academic title in elite level universities in China to be given to scientists with high reputation. With the appointment of Prof. Thurow, the existing research relationships between the CSU Changsha and the University Rostock will be made closer and is to be further scientifically expanded.
